Service Model<\/h3>\n<p>\n      We operate under two primary structures:\n    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partnership Agreements<\/strong> \u2014 ongoing, high-touch collaboration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project Engagements<\/strong> \u2014 defined deliverables and timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n      Access to development, consulting, automation, or analytics work requires an active<br \/>\n      partnership agreement or project engagement.\n    <\/p>\n<h3>2. Partnership Support<\/h3>\n<p>\n      Partnership clients are those covered under an active partnership agreement.\n    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Priority access within your partnership scope<\/li>\n<li>Time tracked in 15-minute increments<\/li>\n<li>Additional work billed at a reduced <strong>partnership rate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Emergency support billed at the same reduced partnership rate<\/li>\n<li>Partnership terms and included scope are defined in your specific agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. On-Demand Support (Non-Partnership)<\/h3>\n<p>\n      For clients not covered under a partnership agreement, on-demand support is available as follows:\n    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work billed at a higher <strong>contracted support rate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A minimum time commitment applies per request<\/li>\n<li>Best-effort scheduling based on availability<\/li>\n<li>Emergency work (if accepted) billed at a higher <strong>non-partnership emergency rate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Work estimated over 10 hours may require a formal project scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Project Engagements<\/h3>\n<p>Projects follow milestone-based billing unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects over 10 hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30% deposit<\/li>\n<li>40% at midpoint<\/li>\n<li>30% before launch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Projects under 10 hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% to start<\/li>\n<li>50% at delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n      Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.<br \/>\n      Includes 3 rounds of revisions; additional work or re-scoping may incur added cost.\n    <\/p>\n<h3>5. Website Design &#038; Development Workflow<\/h3>\n<p>\n      All website development projects follow a structured<br \/>\n      <strong>Concept \u2192 Approval \u2192 Revision \u2192 Launch<\/strong> model to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment throughout the build.\n    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept Phase<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial strategic direction, wireframes, or design concepts are created based on your project goals.<\/li>\n<li>This phase defines layout, structure, branding approach, and required functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Approval Phase<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You review and approve the concept direction before full development begins.<\/li>\n<li>Changes requested after approval may be considered out of scope and may impact cost or timeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Revision Phase<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Website projects include a set number of revision rounds as defined in your proposal or SOW.<\/li>\n<li>Revisions must remain aligned with the approved direction and do not include new pages, features, or structural changes unless scoped separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Launch Phase<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A project is considered complete only once the website is fully launched to your live domain.<\/li>\n<li>Launch includes migration, DNS assistance, and live environment verification unless otherwise noted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n      Additional revisions, new feature requests, or scope changes beyond the included revision rounds<br \/>\n      may require new billing, an adjusted timeline, or conversion to a partnership agreement.\n    <\/p>\n<h3>6. Emergency Support<\/h3>\n<p>Emergency work includes time-sensitive, business-impacting issues such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Website outages (not related to hosting provider)<\/li>\n<li>Broken checkouts or lead\/booking forms<\/li>\n<li>Fatal errors or confirmed security issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Billing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Partnership clients:<\/strong> billed at the reduced partnership rate defined in your agreement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-partnership clients:<\/strong> billed at a higher non-partnership emergency rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All emergency work is subject to availability and may be scoped before work begins.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Inactivity &#038; Pausing<\/h3>\n<p>If a project or task is delayed due to client inactivity (21+ days):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work may be paused<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>$250 reactivation fee<\/strong> may apply<\/li>\n<li>Timelines may reset<\/li>\n<li>Future work may be limited to partnership-only formats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. Client Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely approvals and requested materials<\/li>\n<li>Respond to communication within 3 business days<\/li>\n<li>Use the agreed communication channels<\/li>\n<li>Understand that delays may impact scope, timeline, and cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9. Hosting &#038; Maintenance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Includes basic security, uptime monitoring, and core updates (when hosting is provided)<\/li>\n<li>Does not include content edits, design changes, or custom development unless specified<\/li>\n<li>Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of hosting or maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Hosting provider issues are not treated as emergency items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>10. Custom Software &#038; Automations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support for APIs, scripts, and automation tools is scoped per engagement<\/li>\n<li>Light support may be included for smaller tools or integrations<\/li>\n<li>Expanded software support may be included under a dedicated partnership plan<\/li>\n<li>All work follows staging \u2192 review \u2192 production workflows wherever possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>11. Ownership &#038; Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliverables transfer to you upon full payment<\/li>\n<li>All work remains the property of The Marketing Systems Collective until paid in full<\/li>\n<li>We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>12. Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ongoing partnership payments are non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>Project deposits are non-refundable once work begins<\/li>\n<li>No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction when revision opportunities were available<\/li>\n<li>Chargebacks constitute breach and may result in service suspension or revocation of access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>13. SEO &#038; Marketing Services<\/h3>\n<p>\n      SEO, ranking, and performance results vary due to market conditions, competition,<br \/>\n      and algorithm changes. No guarantees are made regarding specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      Strategy, content, and implementation work are scoped under your partnership agreement or project engagement.\n    <\/p>\n<h3>14.
